One Schoolhouse is built upon the strong foundations that leading independent schools have developed over decades and centuries. 

Our student program works to build authentic relationships between teachers and students; offer expansive opportunities; challenge students to reach beyond perceived limitations; and support students in their growth. Our students know that their teachers care about their learning and success. That’s why more than 270 schools have become a part of our consortium for student courses. We share their values. And yet, at One Schoolhouse, that is just the foundation. We believe strongly that every student learns differently, thus our programs and courses are learner-driven.

Our Association for Academic Leaders meets Assistant Heads of School, Academic Deans, Department Chairs, Division Directors, Instructional Coaches, and more where they are and helps them meet their goals. Academic Leaders do their best work when they’re connected to the right resources and to peers doing similar work. Therefore, the Association connects them to the community, learning, and resources they need to impact the work of their school and advance their own professional growth.
