LEARN WITH EXPERT ONLINE TEACHERS
Top independent school teachers, trained to teach online

One Schoolhouse teachers come from great independent schools around the United States. They know that the foundation for good learning is a trusting relationship between teachers and their students. In our classes, learning is personal. Students and teachers connect through messaging, face-to-face video calls, and class assignments. One Schoolhouse teachers are experts not only in their fields, but also in online teaching. They go through months of training to be up-to-date on the latest research and tools, and how to bring those connections and conversations online.

Student Experience
Picture
“My teacher was really fun and bubbly. She's a really welcoming person, so she was always available for times to meet if I didn't understand a concept. I know that I could go on our page and schedule a meeting with her to meet in a few hours... Her response was never no. She was always there for me.”

BUILD FLEXIBILITY INTO YOUR SCHEDULE
Online courses help you balance and meet your goals

One Schoolhouse courses are asynchronous and paced. That means there’s no set class time, so you get to choose when in the week you complete your work. Weekly due dates in the course keep you and your classmates at the same pace, so it’s easy to confer and collaborate. One Schoolhouse courses increase the flexibility in your schedule so you can balance your time the way that works for you.

WHAT STUDENTS SAY
Picture
“It's easier to balance everything. I can do the work at night, or during the school day. My schedule this year has been super flexible─the most flexible it has been. That's nice to have; you just have to... make sure you're putting time aside instead of leaving it all for Friday night. I think that's a great skill to have and a reason it's good to take [an online course] before getting to college.”
