These days, change is constant in independent schools, with academic leaders at the center of that change. This Academic Leaders Retreat-Boston is designed to help academic leaders in two key ways. First, we'll explore how people generally process change initiatives and then consider how we should communicate with them at different stages of change. Second, we'll look at the role that academic coaching can play in helping educators work through change.
And, as is customary in Academic Leaders Retreats, we'll have plenty of time talk about your top-of-mind issues in un-conference sessions and over meals.
Academic Leaders Retreats Registration Fees:
- $449 per participant from any One Schoolhouse consortium school
- $549 per participant for all others
What Participants Say"I feel re-energized and I am going back to my work as a department chair full of ideas and feeling supported by the conversations I had during these two days. I'm looking forward to exploring more about the concept of "instructional coaching." And, listening to presentations on change management were very illuminating, both at a professional and personal level."
"I deepened my knowledge of school change and new models for learning and professional growth. It's great to have an opportunity to openly share this progress with each other." Retreat FacilitatorsPeter Gow - Independent Curriculum Resource Director
