  • LMS Strategies for Pandemic Learning: Your learning management system (LMS) is your first line of defense during a challenging learning time. Well-planned systems help ameliorate executive functioning weakness or underdeveloped academic maturity during good times, and during the pandemic, these supports are more necessary than ever. This is a nuts-and-bolts sort of list to help streamline students' experience in the LMS. We’ve focused on making this list practical, including only those elements that we feel can be adjusted mid-year.

  • Change Cycle™ - Managing Self Through Periods of Change:  School leaders will learn strategies and develop skills to allow them to balance their own response to changing circumstances with their responsibility of leading others. Understanding their own mental, emotional, and behavioral responses to change will assist leaders in managing more effectively and productively in the ever changing independent school landscape.
  • ​​Change Cycle™ - Managing Results/Leading Employees Through Change:​ While identifying leadership strengths and style in leading change, participants will learn what is needed based on each stage of a change initiative. The understanding of where employees may be in the Change Cycle™ will result in building trust within the school community while achieving desired outcomes.
  • ​Change Cycle™ - Communication Strategies For Leading Change: This point in the Change Cycle focuses on communication and success strategies, which will allow educators to feel confident in being transparent and realistic while leading their school through change. Leaders will learn the right actions to take allowing for all constituents to be heard and be active participants in implementing organizational change.
